Karda International Infrastructure Limited Enters MOU with CRJE East Africa Limited for Major Hospital Project
Karda International Infrastructure Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CRJE (East Africa) Limited. This MOU, effective from May 27, 2024, to May 27, 2026, outlines the collaboration between the two companies on selected projects in East Africa, with a significant focus on the healthcare sector.
The first project under this agreement is the development of a hospital in Kiambu County, Kenya, spearheaded by APG Healthcare East Africa Limited. The subcontract awarded to Karda International Infrastructure Limited is valued between US $10 million and US $20 million, subject to adjustments based on project requirements at CRJE’s discretion.
Both parties have committed to strict confidentiality and have agreed that any amendments to this MOU will require a written agreement signed by both parties. The MOU is governed by Kenyan law, and any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiations, with unresolved disputes being subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
This agreement underscores KBC Global Limited’s dedication to contributing to Africa’s infrastructure development and highlights the growing partnership between Karda International Infrastructure Limited and CRJE (East Africa) Limited.
